WHEN BOOKING : - A Deposit Must be made 24 Hours within of Booking the Desired Service Requested. After 24 Hours of booking , if Failed to provide Deposit; service will be forfeited. All Deposits are nonrefundable. NO SHOWS & RESCHEDULES : - A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 Hours of scheduled appointment. After the first Reschedule appointment of original appointment a New Deposit must be made. No shows no calls will be charged 100% of the amount of serviced Booked . LATENESS: - You are Presented an 15 minute Grace period . After the 15 minute Grace period is exhausted , appointment is forfeited, 50% cancellation fee is charged to Card on file and Deposit is Non refundable. PLEASE GIVE YOURSELVES EXTRA TIME FOR TRAFFIC/ PARKING . WHEN ARRIVED : - Due to comfort of other suite mates and safety concerns. No kids under the age of 10 years old are allowed unless are being serviced themselves and MUST have parent present duration of service.
